I’m a software engineering leader with a product mindset. I’ve spent my career helping companies move fast and build right — scaling teams, shipping digital products, and modernising legacy systems across legal tech, healthcare, travel, and fintech.
These days I split my time between consulting and building.
As a fractional CTO, I work with early-stage startups to shape their technical strategy, hire their first engineers, and avoid the expensive mistakes that slow companies down. If you’re validating an idea, building an MVP, or scaling your engineering team, I can help.
I’m also building products of my own. Weighted Down is a food diary and weight tracking app, now live. StayUpFront is a status page and incident management tool for small B2B teams — currently in development.
Previously, I held senior engineering leadership roles across legal tech, healthcare, travel, and fintech — leading teams and delivering platform-wide transformations.
I also built Giglr, a simple gig discovery tool for live music in Manchester.
